Funny Story About Living Near High Voltage Transmission Lines

This was kind of a funny story I heard about some years ago: A dairy farmer living in Wisconsin close to high voltage utility company transmission lines could not turn out the lights in his barn. Even with the switches in the off position, night after night when he had finished his chores, he'd return out to the barn to see the light bulbs still glowing from the electrical charge hovering within the air. The cows were none too happy about it either, as a result of the constant light prevented them from sleeping, and they gave less milk. Though it received scant awareness from the mainstream press, this report leaked last October from the U.S. National Council on Radiation Protection said there is a strong body of impressive evidence showing that even very low exposure to electromagnetic radiation has long-term effects on health.

Department of Energy High Voltage Transmission Line Worker

Listen to this. I found out that my friend's husband works for the Department of Energy as a High Voltage Transmission Line worker. Lately, he's been complaining out not feeling right to his wife. Funny thing is that before he started, he was in great shape and good health. Lately, he's tired, moody, and little depressed according to his wife. Alot of things that I experience living next to these gosh foresaken towers myself. I know these high voltage towers extend sometimes between many states... so i'm pretty sure we're not the only 2 people feeling the effects of this. Seriously, my husband's friend has what I would say to be an extraordinarily stressful job. Does anyone out there have any experience with high voltage lines and health issues? We'd love to get to the bottom of this and get some answers.

Can Living Near High Voltage Transmission Lines Cause Depression?

Listen, I have three small children and it was not disclosed to my wife when we purchased this house we live in now, that there are high voltage transmission lines is close proximity to where we live. Recently, our family has been having a variety a health issues, that haven't been diagnosed by the doctors. Lately, I've been getting depressed for no real reason. I think there's a possibality that my neuro problems might stem from the high voltage lines around running over my backyard. What do you guys think? I've been reading online how the magnetic fields from high voltage transmission line in residential area have caused other people problems with their health also. I think the electromagnetic field is altering the body's natural rhythms and healing ability. I'll really need to monitor this.

Can High Voltage Transmission or Power Lines Cause Cancer?

The link between exposure to high voltage power lines (EMF) and cancer has not been experimentally demonstrated in animals. What very little evidence exists for a link between EMF and cancer in humans can be interpreted in many ways...Nothing conclusive has been shown, nevertheless, however I might avoid EMF's where you can. I have personal experience with doing energy testing of humans to succeed out the health of organs within the body. There's very sensible science that backs up the actual fact that each person encompasses a biofield that surrounds them. This is often each testable and repeatable. Cancer is from infections. The EMF interrupts the manner energy flows through the body. This can weaken an organ or organs and can deplete the body of minerals do to the present method. This makes the body more prone to diseases and infections. The infections will lead to cancer.

What are High-Voltage Transmission Lines?

High-voltage transmission lines are used to transmit electrical power over comparatively long distances, typically from a central generating station to a transmission station then to the consumer (usually a home or business). The term high voltage characterizes electrical circuits in that the voltage used is the cause of explicit safety concerns and insulation requirements. High voltage is employed in electrical power distribution, in cathode ray tubes, to generate X-rays and particle beams, to demonstrate arcing, for ignition, in photomultiplier tubes, and high power amplifier vacuum tubes and alternative industrial and scientific applications. The numerical definition of high voltage depends on the context of the discussion. 2 factors thought of within the classification of a "high voltage" are the chance of inflicting a spark in air, and also the danger of electric shock by contact or proximity. The definitions may refer either to the voltage between 2 conductors of a technique, or between any conductor and ground. So that is what is meant by a high voltage transmission line.

High Voltage Transmission Lines, Electric and Magnetic Fields

I kind of have a problem. The problem hasn't been the Highway noise (although this has been quite a pain as well), its been the high voltage transmission lines that run parallel to the street in which I live. It's hard to measure the result, if any, the high voltage transmission lines have on my mental and physical health and wellbeing. Anyone reading this have any answers? When I searched wikipedia for some answers I found out that transmission lines, when interconnected with each alternative, become high voltage transmission networks. The largest disadvantage of owning a home near these high voltage transmission lines is the "worry issue" associated with Electric and Magnetic ...3-phase electrical power systems are used for prime and extra-high voltage AC transmission lines (50 kV and on top of). I'm not quite sure what I should do. Do you guys think I should move?
